Examples of What We Have Achieved:

  • A U.S. garment company struggled to compete. We trained core staff, piloted first projects, expanded creative thinking from factory to marketing and new product areas, and coached senior leaders. A decade later, with leading-edge processes and digital product technologies, they pivoted to new markets, and today run a nimble operation delivering in single-piece lots.

  • We used our Lean Bronze program to train two class cohorts of a US-based large equipment manufacturer, and we coached their first team projects. Today they are a dominant player in their market, and our lean program was the cornerstone around which they built their global in-house Lean Academy.

  • We piloted lean methods at a prominent Tier 1 US aerospace/defense firm. They returned to our training and advisory services regularly to support their decadal multi-site/division lean transformation. Today, they are thriving leaders in launch vehicles, missile systems, and space structures segments.

  • We trained the staff of a whole suburban Michigan public school district. We led their first projects and coached their in-house lean advisors. Our efforts helped build a culture that today is central to their people-centric performance excellence. Leaders have gone on to grapple with some of the state’s most vexing educational problems.
